A2P 10DLC SMS Compliance & Your SMS Privacy Rights
Critical Compliance Section
Terra Nexus takes its SMS communication obligations seriously. This section explains your rights specifically in relation to SMS messaging and our A2P 10DLC compliance framework.
a: How Consent Is Collected
Before sending any SMS message to a consumer or Partner, Terra Nexus obtains explicit prior written consent. Consent is collected through clearly labeled opt-in checkboxes on our website forms and advertising landing pages. The consent language clearly states: (a) that the individual is agreeing to receive SMS messages from Terra Nexus; (b) the general types of messages they will receive; (c) that message and data rates may apply; and (d) how to opt out.
b: Your SMS Opt-Out Rights
You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages from Terra Nexus at any time, at no cost to you, by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon receiving your opt-out request:
- Terra Nexus will send one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out
- Your number will be added to our internal do-not-contact list and suppressed from all future campaigns immediately
- Your opt-out preference will be honored across all Terra Nexus messaging campaigns
- Opting out of SMS does not affect your email communications, account status, or any contractual obligations
c: Re-Subscribing to SMS
If you have opted out and wish to re-subscribe, you may do so by texting START to any Terra Nexus number or by re-submitting your consent through our website forms. Your re-subscription will be recorded and maintained for compliance purposes.
d: HELP Keyword
If you need assistance related to SMS communications, reply HELP to any Terra Nexus message. You will receive a response with contact information for our support team. You may also reach us at info@theterranexus.com or +1 215-201-4884.

SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years in compliance with TCPA requirements.
f: Message Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies by account type and campaign activity. Partners typically receive between 1 and 10 SMS notifications per week depending on inquiry volume. Consumers may receive between 1 and 5 messages related to their real estate inquiry follow-up, after which messaging frequency decreases significantly. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan.
★ A2P 10DLC Registration: Terra Nexus is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) under the A2P 10DLC framework. Our campaigns are approved and operate under carrier-compliant use cases.
